I’m so happy that today is Christmas eave and that tomorrow is Christmas.

Today I’m going to talk about a game called Age of Empires.  In this game there are 8 different characters that you can be: Queen Isabella, Queen Elizabeth, Suleiman the Magnificent, Napoleon, Henry the Navigator, Ivan the terrible, Maurice of Nassau, and Fredrick the Great.  Each ruler has there own types of troops.  In this game there’s multiplayer and single player.  In multiplayer you get to choose whichever ruler you want.  Whenever you level up you get to choose cards to help you in the war.  Everybody has different cards.  There are certain levels you have to be to get some cards.  It can be level ten level fifteen or level twenty five.  There are different sections of cards you can get: military, new world trading company, cathedral, manufacturing plant, and harbor.  To use your cards in a war you have to put them in a deck.  You can build as many decks as you want, each deck can have twenty cards. When you battle you have to choose whichever deck you want. When you battle you start of with a town center.  In the town center you make settlers, which are youre gatherers.  You have to make settlers or else you won’t be able to get any resources.   When your in battle you have to upgrade to each age.  To upgrade you need to get a certain amount of food and gold.  You start in discovery age then you go to colonial age after that is Fortress age then there’s industrial age and finally there’s Imperial age.  To make soldiers you have to make a barracks, a stable, and an artillery foundry.  People that come from the barracks are infantry.  Men that come from the stable are Calvary and things that come from the artillery foundry are artillery.
