Hockey

On  Sunday I had a hockey game against New Hamburg.  Our team beat them three one at the beginning of the season. This game our team was really lazy they didn’t skate that hard and they didn’t pass the puck.  At the start of the game the other team scored.  After that they switched the lines so I wasn’t with Owen anymore.  I work really well with him.  I passed the puck to one of my teammates and they got a break-a-way, but he missed the net.  After that the other team  scored another goal to make the game two nothing.  Once the game was almost over the team scored again.  The final score was three nothing for the other team.  Then I left to watch the super bowl.  Which was a blowout.  My team lost.

Birthday party

This Friday is a P.A. day.  On Friday one of my friends is having a birthday party at his house.  We’re going to play hockey on Noah’s (which is my friend) hockey rink and mini sticks.  We are going to eat pizza and have some cake.  The party is from two o’clock to four o’clock.  It sounds like a really good party to me.  Last time I went to his birthday party we played floor hockey and it was really fun.  Now we are going to play ice hockey, so it’s probably going to be even more fun.

My sports Sunday

Today I had a football game and a hockey game.  I was out for seven hours and fifty minutes which was such a long time.  First I had my football game, which was the last game of the regular season.  I was on for almost all of the game and was taken off once.  When I got taken off the other team ran on my side for about twenty-five yards.  The first offensive play that my team had, my quarterback fumbled the ball and the other team recovered the ball.  Then they ran the ball and scored but missed the conversion.  The score at half time was 12 – 0.  The end score was 24 – 0 for the other team.  It was a bad game. (I am the one with the red socks – tackling the ball carrier)

                                                                                           

Hockey versus Embro – first game of the season

Once my football game was over we had 2 hours to make it to hockey and the drive was going to be 2 hours long.  I made it about ten minutes before the hockey game started.  I started getting dressed in the car so I made it out just in time.  I’m on the third line and I scored the first goal of the game.  Right after I scored someone else on my line scored.  Then I came off.  Once I went on again I scored.  The final score was 12 – 0 for my team, the Beverly Bandits.  It was an awesome game.  I think I’m going to have a successful hockey season.
