Robotics

Today I had robotics club after school.  It was fun.  The program was on the board then we had to make it on a flow chart. Then we would get it checked to see if we did the program right; if we did then we would go onto the computer and use RobotC.  What I just explained took three days and we only have one day in a week for robotics club.The first challenge was to be able to control the robot with a remote.  I was the only one to finish so I was trying to solve another challenge.  I only had ten minutes to solve it but I still did it.  It was a fun time.  The second challenge was to make the arm go up and down.

Assassins Quest book trailer

I was the star for one of my brother’s projects.  He was making a book trailer for Assassin’s Quest.  It was hard and it hurt but it was also fun. A hard part was when I had to fight my brother with a fake sword.  My brother was pretending to be a pirate.  A part that hurt was when I was doing fake sword play while jumping off a couch, and hit my head on the wall.  A fun part was when I was fighting my brother with fake swords. I was the main character, my name was Fitz, who was an assassin.  In this book he was going on a quest to kill Regal.  Burrich was Fitz’s wise old master and he was also the Stable master.

New school

I’ve been gone for a long time but now I’m back.
I changed schools this year. Now I never see my old friends. The good thing is that I’m starting to make new friends. At this school there are after school activities. Right now I’m in robotics, early morning hockey, and basketball. For the first term the after school activities were robotics, cross-country, volleyball, and soccer. The second term activities are: Basketball, robotics, early morning hockey skill, swimming, wrestling, and wall climbing.
My old school didn’t have any activities except for cross-country and track and field. These schools are way different.

One of the biggest differences is rotary.  I have a different teacher for every subject.  Here the work is a lot harder.

Timeline

For school I had to do a project.  The project is a time line.  I’m doing my time line on Ivan the terrible, he was a Russian king.  He is called Ivan the terrible because he treated people terribly.  He was Ivan the fourth.  I used a special app called tiki-toki to help me make my timeline.  It helps you make an awesome timeline.  You can put pictures and videos on your timeline.  It makes your timeline so cool!  I finished my timeline yesterday.  My dad showed me how to use it.  It took me two days to create the timeline.
